迪拜电子烟美国食品和药物管理局今天宣布，自9月17日最后一次更新以来，又有28家公司被添加到其收到营销拒绝令的制造商名单上。所有收到营销拒绝令（MDO）的产品都是有香味的汽水产品。

目前，因香味产品上市前烟草申请（PMTA）而收到MDO的公司总数为323家。(按字母顺序排列的名单可在本文末尾找到。)FDA说，这些拒绝令涉及近120万种调味产品。

所有新上市的产品都是小型制造商。自FDA于8月26日开始发布MDO以来，绝大部分都是小公司，只有少数几家发布给较大的开放系统制造商，如Turning Point Brands和AVAIL Vapor。一家生产封闭系统预装设备的上市公司Bidi Vapor也收到了调味产品的MDO。
